Thank you for the opportunity to provide a proposal for a King Rich vertical machining centre. The King Rich KR-ME500 is a Taiwanese-built CNC vertical machining centre with a compact, rigid build that lets it cut difficult materials such as stainless steel and super duplex reliably. It runs an industry-standard BT40 spindle at 8,000 rpm, linear rail ball bearing slides, a 12 tool carousel changer and a Fanuc 0i-MF Plus control with Fanuc servo motors. It is supplied and supported locally by QMT Machinery.

Feature highlights
Compact and Rigid Build
High rigidity design allows the machine to cut difficult materials such as stainless steel and super duplex reliably.
BT40 Spindle
Industry-standard BT40 taper for wide tooling compatibility. 8,000 rpm as standard (10,000 rpm on the ME1600). Faster spindles are optional on the ME500 to ME1000.
Auto Tool Change
The carousel holds 12 tools (ME500) or 20 (ME750, ME1000). The ME1600 has a 24 tool arm changer at 2.5 seconds tool to tool. Arm type is optional on the ME750 and ME1000.
Linear Rail Technology
Advanced linear rail ball bearing slides make full use of high speed tool paths and modern cutting tool technology.

Terms of payment
30% deposit on placement of official order and balance before delivery.
Lead time
Approximately 22 to 26 weeks from receipt of official order and deposit.
Delivery
Customer is responsible for unloading and locating machine into required installation area.
Commissioning (extra cost option)
Prior to arrival of our technician, the machine must be in its intended location on a stable foundation. All services, such as electrical outlets and air connections must be operable and in correct locations.
Quotation validity
As per quotation validity date.
Specifications
The manufacturer reserves the right to improve/alter the design and specifications.
Warranty
In accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty, we agree to replace or repair all parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship within twelve (12) months of purchase, provided that the machine has been operated within the manufacturer’s recommendations.
